India Health Action Trust (IHAT) is supporting Government of Uttar Pradesh (GoUP) to improve RMNCH+A indicators in the state by providing techno-managerial support to GoUP. One of the important components of the techno-managerial support is to provide real-time concurrent data on critical maternal and child health outcomes. In order to do that, IHAT will conduct rolling sample surveys spanning across the state. These surveys will be conducted at community and facility level.

India Health Action Trust (IHAT) menyokong Kerajaan Uttar Pradesh (Goup) untuk meningkatkan RMNCH + A petunjuk di negeri ini dengan menyediakan sokongan tekno-pengurusan untuk Goup. Salah satu komponen penting sokongan tekno-pengurusan ini adalah untuk menyediakan data serentak masa nyata pada hasil kesihatan ibu dan anak kritikal. Dalam usaha untuk melakukan itu, IHAT akan menjalankan tinjauan sampel rolling meliputi seluruh negeri ini. Kaji selidik ini akan dijalankan di peringkat masyarakat dan kemudahan.

Mewujudkan sistem pemantauan serentak mantap untuk mengesahkan data yang digunakan oleh sistem maklumat dan maklum balas untuk pembetulan segera dan pertengahan kursus
